Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital or downloadable products
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
